Assistance for Cardholders in Oklahoma

Although we are miles away, we have been inspired by the courage and strength of those near Moore, Oklahoma and the surrounding area after a May 20, 2013, tornado devastated the lives of so many.

In order to ease just a small part of the burden experiences by our impacted cardholders, we are crediting Late Fees and interest charges incurred between May 20 and June 19, 2013, for cardholders in the FEMA-declared disaster areas. We hope this small gesture helps as our cardholders, their families and neighbors start to rebuild their lives.

Cardholders experiencing financial challenges due to this disaster may contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 987-5521 to discuss any questions about their account and other available programs to help during this time.

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard are committed to helping those affected by natural disasters such as this. We will continue to monitor the recovery process and FEMA assessments for our cardholders in the impacted areas and may make additional assistance available based on those assessments.
