Although we are miles away, we have been inspired by the courage and strength of those near Moore, Oklahoma and the surrounding area after a May 20, 2013, tornado devastated the lives of so many. In order to ease just a small part of the burden experiences by our impacted cardholders, we are crediting Late Fees and interest charges incurred between May 20 and June 19, 2013, for cardholders in the FEMA-declared disaster areas. We hope this small gesture helps as our cardholders, their families and neighbors start to rebuild their lives. Cardholders experiencing financial challenges due to this disaster may contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 987-5521 to discuss any questions about their account and other available programs to help during this time.

Doing Our Part to Help Cardholders Impacted by Hurricane Sandy

We have been touched by the stories of immense courage, hope, and neighborly love we have heard in the wake of the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy, and we wanted to do our part to assist those whose lives have been impacted. Out of regard and respect for our cardholders facing the devastation of this storm, we would like to announce that we will be refunding any Late Fees incurred for cardholders in FEMA-declared disaster areas during the month of November. These areas include several counties in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
