Doing Our Part to Help Cardholders Impacted by Hurricane Sandy

We have been touched by the stories of immense courage, hope, and neighborly love we have heard in the wake of the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy, and we wanted to do our part to assist those whose lives have been impacted.

Out of regard and respect for our cardholders facing the devastation of this storm, we would like to announce that we will be refunding any Late Fees incurred for cardholders in FEMA-declared disaster areas during the month of November. These areas include several counties in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

We will continue observing the recovery process for our cardholders in the impacted areas and may make further assistance available in the future based on FEMA assessments.

Our hearts are with the thousands of Americans who are currently struggling to protect and rebuild their homes, neighborhoods, and lives.
